We're looking for seasoned professionals to take on a Sr. Manager role in operations management within a dynamic customer service environment. πŸ”§ Role & Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of up to 30 members Drive KPIs through team motivation, coaching & performance reviews Handle escalations, client communication, and conflict resolution Draft and manage business requirement documents (BRD/FRD/MDD) Collaborate with tech & operations teams for UAT, delivery, and continuous improvement Ensure adherence to service & productivity standards Strong hands-on experience with MS Office (especially Excel + macros) βœ… Who You Are: Minimum 8 years of total experience, with 3–5 years as a BPO Team Leader Graduation (Full-Time) is mandatory Age: Up to 35 years Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills Prior experience in the insurance domain is a strong advantage Tech-savvy with business documentation experience πŸ“© Ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?
