Job Description

Responsibilities •Make outbound calls to existing / potential customers. • Address customer inquiries and provide information about Mutual Fund products or services. • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. • Upsell or cross-sell products or services to increase sales revenue. • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and update the customer database. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. • Provide feedback to the customer service team regarding customer concerns or trends. • Adhere to company policies and procedures during customer interactions. Qualifications • Any Graduate, with previous experience in customer service or sales roles. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively. • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues. • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to work.
