Job Title: Customer Relation Executive - Hybrid Loans (Gold Loan) Location: Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Odisha, Maharashtra, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh Reports To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager Job Summary: The Customer Relation Executive will engage with potential customers, guide them through the gold loan process, and maintain relationships post-loan disbursement. They will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan application processing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition: Explain and promote hybrid gold loan products to potential customers. Loan Application Assistance: Help customers with documentation and follow up on applications. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on loan products and offer clear information to customers. Cross-selling & Upselling: Promote additional financial products as needed. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and adhere to regulatory standards. Customer Feedback & Retention: Gather feedback and resolve customer issues. Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Experience: 12 years in customer relations or sales in financial services. Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of gold loans is a plus.
