Lawctopus is a 15-year-old online media and ed-tech company focused on the legal industry. Every month, 4 lakh law students and young lawyers read Lawctopus.com for their career growth. Every year, nearly 2,500 learners take our practical courses.


We have been featured in India Today, Economic Times, and TEDx, and have won BW Legal 40 under 40 and 30 under 30 awards. Lawctopus Law School was also shortlisted for the prestigious Agami Prize and has recently been selected for the 10-month-long Stanford Seed Program, which supports the growth of organisations from South Asia doing revenues of USD 300,000–15 million.

About the Role


We’re seeking a versatile Senior Creative Strategist to lead full-funnel content performance, blending impactful video production with conversion-focused digital design. You’ll create and optimize everything from scroll-stopping ads to high-converting landing pages to drive growth and course enrollments.


Key Responsibilities


-Performance Video

  • Edit short-form videos for Meta and YouTube ads, optimizing for performance KPIs.
  • Craft engaging, scroll-stopping content that converts viewers into customers.


Conversion Design (UX/UI)

  • Design and prototype landing pages in Figma (or similar tools).
  • Balance aesthetic appeal with data-driven conversion principles to optimize user flow and engagement.


Long-Form Production

  • Edit long-form educational videos for courses and lessons.
  • Maintain consistent branding, pacing, and production quality across all video content.


-Static Assets

  • Design and edit banners, posters, and image ads for multi-platform marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all assets are cohesive and aligned with campaign objectives.


-Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner with the marketing and growth teams to align creative output with business objectives.
  • Contribute to testing roadmaps, sharing insights and ideas to improve creative performance.


Required Skills and Experience


  • Experience: 2–7 years of hands-on experience in video editing and creative production.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
  • Photoshop / Illustrator (or equivalent tools)
  • Creative Excellence: Strong visual storytelling ability, impeccable attention to detail, and the capacity to deliver high-quality work quickly.
  • Trends Awareness: Familiarity with current social media trends, formats, and best practices.
  • Digital Design (Bonus):

    Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
