Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Designer and Multimedia Specialist with 10 years of experience to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing outstanding creatives, producing engaging videos, and providing comprehensive support across various marketing channels, including social media and thought leadership initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia arts, film production, or a related field. 10 years of experience in creative design and multimedia production, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video production, and multimedia content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design and video editing software. Expertise in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and the ability to create visually compelling presentations and documents. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling.
