Senior Creative Designer

As a Senior Creative Designer at Wildpunch Design, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of creative projects, from captivating social media posts to developing complete brand identities. You will be involved in designing websites that prioritize user experience and creating visually stunning print materials. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and implement creative ideas for branding, campaigns, social media, print ads, and digital assets. - Translate brand objectives into visually impactful design solutions. - Collaborate with the creative and accounts team to generate ideas and present design strategies. - Design layouts for brochures, logos, packaging, outdoor media, and digital ads. - Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. - Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 5 to 7 years of experience in a creative/design role with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in an advertising agency or boutique studio. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or After Effects is a plus). - Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across various formats and industries. - Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition. - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Effective communication and presentation skills.
