Job Summary: The Senior Creative Designer will be part of Lowe s Global Marketing Team based out of Bangalore. The candidate will work under the supervision of the Creative Leaders and collaborate with Copywriters and Producers to create design collateral for various marketing channels. The candidate will require to have good communication skills to be able to understand requirements accurately and present their concepts confidently to the different stakeholders. The Senior Creative Designer works with the extended design team and creative leaders translate business briefs into impactful design. This requires a great attention to detail, mastery of the design tools and great time management skills. The Designer produces a range of visual options to meet the needs of the business with minimal leadership intervention. Additionally understanding of the American retail industry and cultural nuances is good to have. The suitable candidate should be a good team player, self motivated and bring in fresh concepts that can elevate the brand image. Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: Design digital assets for various channels - social, display and emails. Produces visual design treatments for advertising materials including, but not limited to, in-store signage, print, and digital media Versions out design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs and business strategy On a daily basis, the Designer carries a full workload of tactical and reative design requests. In addition, the Senior Creative Designer is continuously growing their professional skills with feedback and advice provided by the creative leadership team. The Designer will work autonomously as well as within a team environment. Working within a flexible process that is ever-evolving to meet the business needs while working with, at times, tight deadlines. Designs to consistently high standards that enhance the Lowes brand marketing creatives. Works within Workfront for job workload management. Peer reviewing and ability to provide creative feedback in design reviews. Presentation to different stakeholders and creative leadership team. Applies brand and campaign style guides and brand standards to their work for Lowe s digital and print advertising communications Have flexibility to design various projects which include store displays, brand styleguides, seasonal content, logos and brand launches. Years of Experience: 4-8 years in a similar role preferably in a design studio, advertising agency or retail organization. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications : A design graduate- BFA, B. Design, MFA, M. Design or equivalent experience in a similar design role. Skill Set Required Primary Skills (must have) Key Skillsets: Figma, Adobe CS including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, Excellent communication skills. A portfolio that demonstrates strong branding, typography, design, animation and photography capabilities Demonstrated understanding of design/color applied in layout, design and image composition Experience in Figma, Adobe CS including Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign and Illustrator Good communication skills - written and spoken Secondary Skills (desired) Familiarity with Mac interface and OS. Presentation software. Experience working with US stakeholders.
