End-to-End Creative Direction

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Leadership & Direction

• Lead the creative communication for multiple real estate projects
• Convert briefs into strong visual concepts aligned with brand & TG
• Ensure consistent visual identity across campaigns & platforms
• Guide junior designers (if required) and maintain output quality

2. Real Estate Branding & Campaign Design

• Develop complete project branding systems:
• Logos
• Color palettes
• Typography
• Brand identity kits
• Master templates
• Design creatives across all real estate formats:
• Social ads
• Website/social banners
• Hoardings, brochures, leaflets
• Launch creatives
• Site-visit materials
• Walkthrough decks & project presentations

3. Multilingual Creative Execution

• Create high-quality creatives in:

• English

• Hindi

• Marathi

• Understand regional sensibilities, emotional appeal, and cultural tone
• Maintain linguistic accuracy & message clarity

4. Project Independence

• Independently manage

  4–6 retainer clients

• Attend creative briefing calls (if needed)
• Handle revisions, feedback cycles & monthly creative calendars
• Deliver high-quality creatives

  on time, every time

• Maintain calm communication under deadlines

5. Creative Operations & Documentation

• Maintain structured file management on Drive
• Create organized asset libraries, brand folders & version history
• Deliver QC-checked creatives with no errors
• Plan monthly creative pipelines based on project phases
  

Required Skills & Expertise

Core Design Skills

• Strong experience in premium real estate design

Excellent command of:

• Layout & composition
• Typography & grids
• Color psychology
• Creative messaging hierarchy
• Ability to adapt style between luxury, mid-segment & affordable categories

Software Expertise

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• CorelDRAW
• Figma (Optional)
• Bonus: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut

Creative Intelligence

• Strong aesthetic judgement
• Ability to conceptualize, not just execute
• Strong understanding of ad-friendly design
• Can translate USP → Visual → Campaign

Professional Traits

• Fast executor with strong attention to detail
• Mature communication & feedback handling
• Ability to multitask across multiple clients
• Structured, disciplined, and deadline-consistent

• Motion graphics basics
• Reel editing & short video creation

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of agency or real estate design experience
• Must have managed

  minimum 3–4 retainer clients independently

• Degree in Applied Arts / Commercial Arts / G.D. Art is

  mandatory

• Strong portfolio featuring real estate & multilingual work
