Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Seeking professionals experienced in Corporate Finance, financial analysis, deal evaluation, and client relationship management across sectors.

Front-office role
with direct client and promoter interaction.
Ability to engage with promoters/clients, demonstrate strong influencing skills, and win mandates for M&A and capital-raising assignments.
End-to-end ownership of transactions: collateral preparation, investor strategy, negotiations, investor/client management, documentation, and coordination with all external/internal stakeholders.
Candidates with
strong Business Development experience in Investment Banking
should ONLY apply.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience handling transactions
across industries (sector-agnostic exposure).
ONLY candidates from Investment Banking
with hands-on Corporate Finance/M&A/Capital Raising experience to apply.
Project Finance or Structured Finance profiles will NOT be
entertained
.
