As a CMO Contracts team member at EY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent management of contracts and proposals, particularly during the transition of new Managed Services engagements. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with global stakeholders and delivery teams to support the design of competitive commercial terms for strategic deals, review client proposed terms, provide general support in commercial and contracting space, and offer consultation on appropriate contract structures and templates.
