What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize and craft content for ad campaigns, branding projects, and IP events, from strategy decks to on-ground activations and digital rollouts.
• Develop compelling storytelling for brand launches, campaigns, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and design teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Lead copywriting efforts and guide junior writers with feedback and direction.
• Write fluently in both

  English and Malayalam

  , ensuring cultural and contextual depth in campaigns.
• Contribute to client pitching, helping develop persuasive proposals and campaign narratives.
• Translate brand strategies into impactful campaign language and stories that connect with diverse audiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in a creative or advertising agency.
• Strong campaign-thinking mindset with the ability to turn briefs into story-led ideas.

• Creative thinking and better audience knowledge

  to understand what moves people and how to reach them effectively.
• Exceptional command over

  English and Malayalam

  in both writing and concept development.
• Proven ability to write across multiple media including ATL, digital, outdoor, and experiential.
• Deep understanding of brand tone, audience psychology, and creative strategy.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to take ownership, mentor, and manage writing processes.
• A portfolio that showcases diverse campaign work from brand storytelling to tactical ads.
