Your primary responsibility will be to create compelling, high-quality content that aligns with our brand, marketing, and business objectives. Through in-depth research, storytelling, and strategic content creation, you will drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement a content strategy tailored to our target audiences and key messaging, driving engagement and supporting business objectives. Perform competitor and market research to inform content themes, ensuring Codilar stands out in the digital commerce space. Craft engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and social media content, that showcases Codilars expertise and market position. Conduct interviews and research within Codilar and amongst our clients to identify and articulate compelling stories. Transform complex technical information into accessible, engaging content for a broad audience. Innovate content repurposing, adapting master content pieces across various channels and platforms for maximum reach and impact. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content production is aligned with overall marketing strategies, SEO, and campaigns. Engage with internal leaders to deepen your understanding of our domain and market, enriching the content you produce. Position yourself as a domain expert and authoritative voice within Codilar, paving the way to evolve into a Content Lead role. Aspire to build and mentor a team of Content Writers, scaling Codilar s content production capabilities. Desired Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a content writer or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create compelling and impactful content. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong research skills and the ability to distill complex technical topics into clear, engaging narratives. Experience in SEO best practices and content marketing strategies. 5. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams. A self-starter with the ambition to take initiative and the willingness to grow into a leadership role.
