Job Description

Role Overview Own the end-to-end content strategy for 360° brand campaigns (paid + organic) across social, web, and print. You’ll ideate, plan, and execute multichannel narratives that resonate with Marathi- and English-speaking audiences, working closely with our design, media-buying, and client-servicing pods. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning – Translate client briefs into quarterly content roadmaps with clear KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions). Campaign Ideation – Lead brainstorming sprints; craft big ideas, storyboards, hook lines, and post series that integrate copy, motion, and design. Editorial Ownership – Build and maintain content calendars; ensure on-brand voice, cultural relevance, and timely delivery. Team Leadership – Mentor a 2-3 member writing team; review, edit, and elevate all long- and short-form assets. Client Communication – Present strategies, justify creative choices with data, and manage feedback loops. Performance Analysis – Track campaign metrics, derive insights, and iterate strategies for continual improvement. Collaboration – Sync daily with graphics, video, and media-buying teams to produce cohesive campaigns. Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years in content strategy / brand storytelling within an agency or high-growth brand. Proven success crafting 360° campaigns (please share 2–3 links or case studies). Native-level Marathi & fluent English copywriting/editing skills. Hands-on with social platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest) and CMS tools. Solid grasp of SEO basics and performance metrics (GA4, Meta Insights). Strong client-facing presentation and stakeholder-management prowess. Nice-to-Have Experience launching influencer-driven or regional-language campaigns. Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.). Basic design/layout skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe suite).
