Content Strategy & Planning• Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand/business goals.• Build multi-platform content calendars (web, social, email, video, blogs, etc.).• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform strategy.• Define content pillars, tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and brand storytelling direction.2. Content Development• Collaborate with creative teams (copy, design, video, social) to produce engaging, high-impact content.• Guide creative execution and ensure content quality, consistency, and brand alignment.• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic ideas for campaigns, digital experiences, and brand narratives.3. Performance & Optimization• Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).• Identify insights and optimize content strategy based on data.• Prepare content performance reports and present recommendations to stakeholders.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with marketing, creative, social media, SEO, and product teams.• Manage agencies, freelancers, and external partners when required.• Support business development and pitches with content strategy inputs.5. Leadership & Mentorship• Mentor junior content writers and strategists.• Ensure best practices, processes, and workflows are followed across the content function.
