About the role:

We are seeking a creative and data-savvy Content Strategist to build and execute our thought leadership program. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our voice in the advertising industry by transforming complex data, research, and market trends into compelling, actionable content. You will create insightful narratives that position our brand as a leader in the ads marketing space, engaging a global audience of marketers and business leaders.

What you will be doing:

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Conceive, write, and produce a variety of high-impact thought leadership content, including in-depth articles, data-driven reports, infographics, newsletters, video scripts, and social media campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar aligned with key industry moments, product launches, and business priorities.

Insight-Driven Storytelling:

  • Partner with data analytics, research, and product marketing teams to translate quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable insights and compelling narratives for a B2B audience.
  • Turn complex product information and business goals into clear, engaging, and persuasive content that educates and inspires our target audience.

Content Production & Optimization:

  • Own the end-to-end content production workflow, from initial draft to final publication, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Apply SEO best practices to all thought leadership content to maximize organic reach and drive qualified traffic.
  • Manage the back-end setup, layout, and publication of content on our CMS, including uploading all visual and video assets, to keep the production pipeline running smoothly.

Performance & Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with design, PR, and performance marketing teams to ensure content is promoted effectively across all channels.
  • Analyze content performance and use data to refine and improve your content strategy over time.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms for effective copywriting.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive copywriting strategies based on marketing data insights.
  • Expertise in various digital marketing channels and tactics for integrated campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation for copywriting initiatives.
  • Proven track record of publishing content across various social media channels.
  • Strong understanding of multi-platform content strategies.
  • Exceptional language skills, with the ability to develop concise, engaging, and precise text.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information from diverse sources into engaging stories.
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic client environments with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • A passionate advocate for storytelling, with a strong drive to inspire through words.
  • Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative and open-minded, thriving in team environments.
  • Maintains confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Driven, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a passion for new technologies and AI.
  • Proficient understanding of AI tools is beneficial, with a keen ability to learn and leverage these tools.
