Job Description

Purpose Of IT! We are seeking an experinced professional in DevOps. Key Accountabilities! You are responsible for setting up, operating and continuously optimizing applications and their infrastructure. You develop and operate various internal testing and staging systems to ensure the quality of our products. You use modern container and cluster technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to keep our systems up to date. You develop system architectures and implement operational concepts for smooth functionality. You ensure the security of the infrastructure and advise on security and application services. Drive the continuous development of company-wide DevOps approaches (e.g. automation monitoring and alerting). You actively participate in internal, cross-departmental incident management (on-call duty: approx. 5/month from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm). Knowledge/Skills Required! Must have strong knowledge in the following skills: - Docker, CI/CD, GitLab, Kubernetes, GitHub. You are familiar with CI/CD and build pipelines (e.g. GitLab Runner, GitHub Actions). Have worked with configuration management tools such as ArgoCD and ideally Open Telemetry. You have experience with Docker, Kubernetes and shell scripting. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (C1). You enjoy working in an agile and international environment on our new E-Business infrastructure, laying the foundations for further growth. You are structured and communicative and enjoy building an internal network. You have at least 5+ years of DevOps experience. Nice To Have:- You have experience with SAP Customer Experience. You have practical experience of programming in Java, Python and Golang. Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc.
