Role Overview: As a Digital Transformation Consultant at EY, you will be part of the FS Technology Consulting team focusing on assisting clients in the BFSI sector with Digital and IT Consulting. You will be involved in various projects such as Architecture modernization, Agile and DevOps programmes, E2E Implementations, and FinTech collaborations across India, the Middle East, and Africa. Your role will require you to work independently and within a team, delivering quality work with minimal guidance. Having a good understanding of banking processes and the latest technology stack in the BFSI Industry is essential, along with prior project experience in the BFSI space. Key Responsibilities: - Work independently and in teams to deliver quality work in areas like Digital/Tech transformation, Target Operating Models, and programme management - Utilize your knowledge of banking processes and latest technology stack in the BFSI Industry to contribute effectively to projects - Collaborate with clients in the BFSI sector on projects related to digital channels, origination, onboarding, CRM, etc. - Engage with the FinTech ecosystem and India Stack (KYC, NACH, BREs) to drive digital transformation initiatives - Demonstrate proficiency in APIs, middleware, CRM tools (SFDC/MS Dynamics), and Agile delivery methodologies - Communicate effectively, manage stakeholders, and deliver impactful presentations as part of project requirements Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MBA degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Banking/NBFC/FinTech or Digital Transformation roles - Hands-on experience in Digital/IT transformation projects with a focus on digital channels, origination, onboarding, and CRM - Exposure to FinTech ecosystem & India Stack (KYC, NACH, BREs) - Good understanding of APIs, middleware, CRM tools (SFDC/MS Dynamics), and Agile delivery - Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and presentation skills (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the provided job description),
