Senior Consultant

About job role:

We are looking for a senior consultant to guide our technical & functional team in various projects, planning, task allocation and project delivery. They will be responsible for liaison between the client and the delivery team, gathering needs and providing technical expertise with deep understanding of technical and functional modules.

Job & Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary client contact, gathering requirements and translating business needs into effective SAP solutions.

2. Leverage SAP module expertise to deliver high-quality solutions across configuration, integration, and development areas.

3. Analyze business requirements and provide practical, scalable SAP solutions to meet client objectives.

4. Ensure adherence to SLAs, documentation standards, and change management processes for all project deliverables.

5. Oversee project planning and execution to ensure milestones, objectives, and deadlines are consistently met.

6. Provide technical leadership by reviewing, validating, and guiding configurations, specifications, and testing deliverables.

7. Lead client relationship management by ensuring satisfaction, clarity, and consistent communication.

8. Manage end-to-end project phases from blueprinting to post-go-live support to ensure successful implementation.

9. Identify, resolve, and escalate critical issues in coordination with clients and internal management teams.

10. Drive knowledge sharing and cross-training while maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation.

11. Lead and mentor the SAP consulting team by assigning tasks, tracking performance, and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation from Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

2. Demonstrable experience as senior consultant position with 3-5 years.

3. Strong understanding of business processes and IT technologies landscapes.

4. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

5. High level of integrity and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
