Senior Consultant Development

As an Oracle APEX Developer, your role involves providing highly technical expertise in the use of Apex and database features. You will be responsible for managing the development of Oracle APEX projects, leading the implementation of formal source code version control, and supporting the adoption of agile methodologies such as Scrum. Additionally, you will design software tools, estimate development costs, review existing programs, and ensure quality assurance of software products. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the development of Oracle APEX projects. - Lead the implementation of formal source code version control using tools like Subversion (SVN). - Support the adoption of agile methodologies like Scrum. - Define file organization, indexing methods, and security procedures for user applications. - Design software tools and subsystems for software reuse and domain analyses. - Estimate software development costs and schedule. - Review existing programs, refine techniques, and reduce operating time. - Formulate and define specifications for software applications. - Instruct, direct, and check the work of other task personnel. - Ensure quality assurance review of existing and new software products. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline. - 8 to 10 years of experience in Software Design, Development, and Test and Evaluation. - Project management experience, including integrations with various applications and service management tools. - Proficiency in application and database development using PL/SQL and Oracle APEX. - Ability to troubleshoot issues, understand requirements, and implement necessary changes. - Experience in identifying inputs, documenting steps, completing builds, and testing releases.,
