Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Governance

• Architect hybrid solutions combining Power Platform + Azure + .NET/SPFx.
• Define fusion architecture blending custom code, low-code, and AI components.
• Lead governance setup for Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and AI lifecycle.
• Mentor development teams and business users on low-code-first, secure design.
• Align modernization roadmap with Power Platform-first strategy.

Modernization & Enhancement

• Modernize legacy SharePoint/InfoPath workflows using Power Apps, Automate, and AI Builder.
• Integrate Azure APIs, Functions, and AI services for process automation.
• Deliver advanced Power BI dashboards leveraging Copilot Q&A and predictive analytics.
• Establish ALM pipelines, API governance, and DevOps integration for low-code apps.

Support & Delivery

• Manage SharePoint Online solutions extended through Power Apps and Automate.
• Build AI-enabled apps (chatbots, semantic search, document extraction).
• Maintain custom Azure APIs and ensure secure integration with Power Platform.
• Partner with business teams for citizen development and safe adoption.

Business & Data Analysis

• Lead requirement gathering with a low-code-first approach.
• Translate business needs into Azure DevOps pipelines and Power Platform ALM.
• Apply AI/ML and Copilot features for self-service insights in Power BI.
• Define secure data handling and connector policies.

Mandatory Skills

• Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI)

  – advanced, hands-on

• SharePoint Online

  – customization, integration, governance

• Azure Development

  – APIs, Functions, API Management, DevOps pipelines

• .NET / SPFx Development

• Strong understanding of Azure Security, DLP, and governance

Preferred Skills

• Azure OpenAI / AI Builder / Copilot integration
• Experience with Power Platform ALM and citizen development governance
• Familiarity with compliance-driven environments (FFIEC, SOX, GDPR)
