Job Description The Operations Coordinator will directly assist the Senior Operations Manager in managing day-to-day operational responsibilities for their team. Working closely with the Senior Operations Manager, who interacts daily with members of the leadership team and other operating groups across Centric, the coordinator will ensure smooth processes and maintain accurate data across multiple areas. Responsibilities Operational Support Manage key tasks to ensure efficiency and compliance, including but not limited to; timesheets, contract compliance, invoice approvals, sales credits, and asset management. Run custom NetSuite Pro reports as requested by team members Provide comprehensive support to the Senior Operations Manager, including handling ad-hoc requests and special projects Forecast Accuracy Manage/Track PTO forecast for team members Identify project variances in booked vs actual hours and escalate where needed Resource Management Review in-process bookings and escalate all items requiring action Sales Pipeline Accuracy Help to ensure that Extensions and Opportunities in CRM match tentative bookings in Netsuite Pro Requirements for Success: Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to maintain precise organizational records Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities Technical proficiency in NetSuite Pro reporting and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.) Strong communication skills across written and verbal platforms Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and consistently meet critical deadlines Preferred experience in operational support or coordination roles Qualifications Bachelor s Degree required from college or University with > 65% Academic score.
