BDO Executive Search is currently looking to hire for the role of a Senior Consultant based out of Mumbai.


In this role, you will play a crucial role in executing executive search assignments and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will also play a key role in identifying market trends and business opportunities that translate into commercial opportunities.


Indicative Responsibilities:

  • Help execute executive search assignments, managing the entire recruitment process from initial briefing to candidate placement and beyond.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
  • Utilize comprehensive research methodologies to identify and assess top-tier executive talent.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessment to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Stay well-informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and talent landscapes to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of specific industry sectors to enhance the quality and relevance of executive search services.
  • Networking with CXOs and Founders to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.


Ideal Candidate:


  • Postgraduate or other Advance degree(s) from Premier Institutes.
  • 3 - 6 (Post MBA) years of experience of solid track record in any industry dealing with C suite stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to utilize advanced search techniques to source passive candidates and build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Excellent research skills and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify top players in an industry, competition benchmarking, etc.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness in work.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack to think out-of-the-box and come up with creative solutions to address client needs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
