The Business Analytics & Automation team works with a diverse range of both product and client offerings which provides us the opportunity to keep our technical skills sharp at all times. Were looking for a technologist who’s interested in working with best-in-class automation platforms and wants to be an integral part of building a world-class team. Responsibilities: Work with the automation team to scope and design scenarios for integration, automation, and data analytics Identify appropriate technologies with respect to project requirements Document requirements and test plans Design, develop, and implement technical solutions Test & validate implementations Research and prototype new technologies Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Expertise with Requirements Gathering, Process Design, Writing Test Plans, Executing Test Plans, and Design Documentation Expertise with automation platforms (i.e. UIPath/Blue Prism/Power Automate) as evidenced by advanced certifications or equivalent experience. Proficient in object-oriented programming (preferably with .NET experience) Familiarity with ERP or other Enterprise Computing systems Knowledge of Data Integration strategies, protocols, & formats Experience with cloud infrastructure a plus Excellent work ethic Strong ability to work independently and as part of a project team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards Other Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. employment benefits depending on the position.
