Senior Compliance Analyst India

Our Compliance team plays a crucial role in ensuring that we operate with integrity, within regulatory frameworks, and in line with Optiver's risk appetite. That's where you come in.In this role, you will be part of the India Compliance team, working closely with the India Head of Compliance to support day-to-day compliance operations, regulatory obligations, and risk management processes. You will also collaborate with regional teams across APAC, contributing to Optiver's strong culture of compliance and governance.

What You'll Do

As a

Senior Compliance Analyst India

, you will play a critical role in ensuring Optiver's business operates within regulatory and internal compliance frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing regulatory submissions, including data collation, report preparation, and timely submission.
Coordinating periodic audits by liaising with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth completion and timely responses.
Undertaking ad-hoc regulatory applications, intimation requirements, and other routine compliance tasks.
Managing certain APAC & India core compliance tasks, including management reporting and employee-related compliance activities.
Supporting control testing in coordination with regional compliance teams.
Assisting in the review, maintenance, and enhancement of Optiver's compliance policies and procedures.
Partnering with internal teams on compliance-related matters, such as risk reviews, control testing, and trade surveillance.
Supporting ongoing compliance monitoring, training initiatives, and awareness programs.
