Role & responsibilities

1. Maintain Accurate and up-to-date records of students, Faculty and staff.

2. Prepare the students attendance registers.

3. Assist in day to day administrative taske of the office or department.

4. Handle inward and outward correspondence .

5. Maintain the files, stationery and essential supplies.

6.Coordinate between departments, teaching staff and administrative sections.

7. Communicate with students, consultants and external offices as required.

8. maintain confidentially of personal and official information.

9. Contribute to smooth and efficient functioning of the institute office.
