Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

Company Overview:

We are a reputed manufacturing and project-based company engaged in Civil, Interior, and MEP works, handling various Central and State Government projects across West Bengal. We are looking for a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee government sector construction projects with strong technical and site management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day project execution for government civil projects.

Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from start to completion.

Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.

Prepare and review project reports, BOQs, and progress documentation.

Liaise with government officials, consultants, and subcontractors.

Manage site engineers, supervisors, and contractors effectively.

Monitor budgets, material consumption, and project cost control.

Coordinate with the estimation and procurement teams for timely resource availability.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Government / PWD / CPWD / MES / PSU projects.

Strong knowledge of civil construction, tender documentation, and billing.

Good communication and team management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.

Project Site: Various Government Project Sites in West Bengal
