The Senior Site Engineer will oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring construction projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the work of civil engineers and other site personnel, conducting quality control assessments, and ensuring compliance with structural engineering standards. The role also involves effective communication with project stakeholders, contractors, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution. Qualifications.Experience with on-site management and supervision.Proficient in Structural Engineering principles and applicationsStrong Quality Control knowledge and practicesAbility to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldPrevious experience in the real estate or construction industry is advantageousExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsLeadership experience and ability to mentor junior staff.
