ABOUT JOB ROLE

As a Civil Engineer you will be working Directly under the Management. First Mandatory things are:

- Graduate in civil engineering or above with at least 5 years of experience or Diploma with 7 years of experience in large scale apartment complex and villa construction.

- Should know Tamil/English well.

- Should have Knowledge of complete site and Material Handling.

- Rotational offs on Weekdays

REQUIREMENTS:

• Should understand and interpret the drawings and sketches given by Structural engineer and Architects.
• Prepare your own Work schedule.
• Allotting work to labors as per schedule and check the material requirements ahead of the day.
• Submit a detailed report of the materials used and left out on daily basis.
• Checking all the civil works such as Bar bending, Steel work, footing, Beam, column, slab works, Curing, etc.
• Recheck all the per-construction requirements and be ready with all the required equipment, materials.
• Post construction work such as Electrical lines, Plumbing, Tile laying, Painting, Fittings, Landscaping, etc should be taken care with out most care and perfection.
• Should maintain very good relationship with all clients and help them with the smooth construction experience.
• Handling petty purchases and labor payments without any issues.
• Finally reporting the daily progress to clients and management.
• Own Vehicle with valid license is mandatory.

MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB
