We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team and lead this prestigious project to success. Job Summary: The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee all aspects of the resort development project in Maheshwar, from initial planning and design through to construction and landscaping. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution phases of the resort development project. Coordinate with architects, landscape designers, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration and alignment with design and client expectations. Conduct site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies to inform project planning and decision-making. Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of engineering plans, designs, and specifications. Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and national regulations and building codes. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Implement best practices for sustainable construction and landscaping to minimize environmental impact. Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Address and resolve any engineering issues that arise during construction promptly. Mentor and provide leadership to junior engineers and project staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with significant experience in resort or large-scale commercial development projects. Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction projects from start to finish. In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and environmental sustainability practices. Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit) and project management tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with the geography and environmental conditions of Maheshwar is an advantage.
