Senior Change Manager

Role Overview: You will be supporting a major global organization with a multi-year finance transformation program by serving as a Senior Change & Communications Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of the global change roadmap, communications, training, and adoption activities across various regions. This role necessitates experience in large-scale, multi-country change delivery, with a focus on strong communication and digital content creation skills. As part of an established global change team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and managing the change approach for a significant finance system rollout impacting all global regions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead global change management planning, encompassing readiness, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategy. - Align change activities with regional teams to ensure effective delivery across Europe, APAC, North America, and LATAM. - Drive consistent, high-quality communication across regions by developing clear digital materials, content, and messaging. - Support the design and execution of training and transition activities. - Manage risks, issues, and dependencies associated with change and communications. - Supervise the creation of user-facing content like digital guides, video scripts, briefing packs, and adoption updates. - Maintain consistent and easily understandable messaging across all markets. - Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and project teams to facilitate a smooth and structured rollout. - Contribute to the planning for longer-term phases and future implementation waves. Qualifications Required: - Significant experience in delivering global change management for large, complex programs. - Proficiency in communication strategy and digital content creation. - Comfortable working across multiple time zones with flexibility in hours when necessary. - Previous experience in finance transformations or shared service environments is advantageous. - Fluent in English with additional languages being beneficial. - Ability to collaborate within a wider change team and coordinate cross-region activities. Additional Company Details: The role involves an Inside IR35 engagement for a multi-year assignment from 2026 to 2028 and is not open to UK-based commuters.
