Key Responsibilities: - Manage US SAP release notes and HRSP upgrades, including planning, testing, and implementation. - Develop and execute test plans for system changes and enhancements. - Own and manage SAP support tickets, collaborating directly with SAP to resolve issues. - Work closely with SAP Technology and Basis Teams to troubleshoot and optimize system performance. - Perform adhoc reporting and other duties as necessary. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Strong understanding of US SAP HRSP (HR Support Packages) and release management. - Experience in creating and executing test plans for SAP system changes. - Familiarity with SAP ticketing processes and escalation protocols. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with SAP Technology and Basis Teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Capability to lead, train, and collaborate effectively with team members. - Experience in tax accounting and finance is beneficial, though not mandatory.,
