What you'll do

You’ll be the execution backbone of the New Product Development (NPD) team. Your role

is to ensure smooth coordination between design, manufacturing, testing, and support

teams, while keeping projects moving on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the NPD team to translate plans into actionable steps and ensure
• timely execution.
• Engage with vendors, labs, manufacturing partners, and internal teams to align
• timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and track deliverables.
• Maintain schedules, follow up on task owners, and report progress on prototypes,
• trials, and product improvements.
• Be present during lab tests, vendor visits, and production runs to ensure smooth
• execution and quick resolution of issues.
• Facilitate discussions across cross-functional teams (design, customer
• experience, production, supply chain) and document decisions, next steps, and
• action items.
• Escalate issues, support RCAs, and coordinate with the right experts to drive
• closure.
• Assist in preparing SOPs, checklists, and project reports for smooth knowledge
• transfer and process adherence.

We are looking for:

We don't care much for years of experience but we care that you are obsessed with doing

some of the best work of your career.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from IIT, BITS, NIT and other top engineering colleges
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or product companies (consumer appliances, EVs, wearables, energy, etc.).
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are welcome.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep projects on track.
• Good technical curiosity and ability to understand basics of mechanical/electronic components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for multi-stakeholder discussions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Strong college-level Positions of Responsibility (PORs) such as Gymkhana roles,
• Fest/Core Team Heads, or equivalent leadership experiences that demonstrate ability to engage multiple stakeholders and drive execution.
• Exposure to manufacturing/vendor management or product testing environments

But most importantly, you're the kind who:

• Gets curious when things don’t move as planned and digs in to find out why
• Don't wait for instructions — you take ownership and drive progress.
• Thinks coordinating people, processes, and timelines is just as exciting as the product itself.
• Would have figured out how to get the right vendor, align the lab test, and close the loop yourself, if given the chance.
