Job Description

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in designing and implementing Supply Chain, Finance, Business, HR systems. 8 years of experience in building integrated systems throughout the lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support). Preferred qualifications: Experience in systems analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, solution design, system integration and deployment. Experience working with core supply chain processes and B2B partner collaboration via EDI, API, UI, involving first- and third-party systems. Experience navigating the complexities of integrating an organization's internal systems (e.g., ERPs, proprietary platforms) with third-party partner systems. Experience with data center operations, hardware lifecycle management (e.g., servers, networking gear), or integration projects involving data center partners. Experience in SQL, and familiarity with various data formats (e.g., XML, JSON, CSV, IDocs, flat files). Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse internal teams. The team identifies time-consuming internal processes and then builds solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of the company. You listen to and translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether battling large system processes or leveraging our homegrown suite of Google products for Googlers themselves, you help Googlers work faster and more efficiently. The Supply Chain ecosystem comprises both Google-designed systems and third-party commercially available products. The primary objective is to integrate and scale these systems for Alphabet. Expertise in large-scale implementation involving complex workflows and heterogeneous system architectures is essential for progress in this domain. Responsibilities Collaborate with internal business teams to architect and lead the system vision. Drive the technical and architectural strategy from concept to delivery. Ensure the team consistently delivers with quality and predictability. Define best practices for solution design, development, system configuration, test documentation, execution, issue identification, and resolution. Architect innovative solutions to automate and scale business systems, while providing direction for architecture, design, build, and support activities required for enterprise software platforms.
