Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. This role involves managing strategic customer accounts, acquiring new clients, mentoring a sales team, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. You will play a key role in developing long-term customer relationships and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure business success. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets across key regions or verticals Client Acquisition Proactively identify, approach, and convert high-potential prospects into long-term clients Develop client acquisition strategies to support business expansion and revenue growth Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure team development Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships Expand market share by tapping into new customer segments Account Management Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders Manage contract negotiations and close high-value deals Market Intelligence Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights Recommend product or service enhancements to meet changing market demands Collaboration Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align go-to-market efforts Ensure seamless customer experience and operational delivery Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 4–5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Show more Show less
