Senior Business Development Professional

As a Senior Business Development Professional in International Capital & Asset Management, you will be responsible for driving global growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) by engaging HNIs and NRIs across international markets. Your role will involve leveraging an established NRI/HNI network to acquire and grow high-value client relationships. Additionally, you will advise clients on India-focused investment opportunities across various asset classes such as equities, fixed income, alternatives, PE, and structured products. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage an established NRI/HNI network to acquire and grow high-value client relationships - Advise clients on India-focused investment opportunities across asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives, PE, structured products) - Create bespoke investment solutions aligned with client goals, risk profiles, and cross-border wealth planning needs - Represent the organization at global investment forums, wealth conclaves, and international events to build visibility and drive client acquisition - Provide strategic insights on market trends, regulatory developments, and product innovation for NRI investors - Collaborate with research, product, and investment teams to deliver high-quality wealth management solutions - Achieve and exceed AUM growth, revenue, and client acquisition targets Qualifications Required: - MBA / CFA / CA / or equivalent post-graduate degree in Finance, Business, or Investments - 6-10 years of international experience in Business Development, Capital Markets, Asset Management, or Private Wealth - Proven success in acquiring and managing HNI/NRI assets at scale Joining this role will allow you to become part of a high-growth international wealth platform with access to global clients, world-class investment products, and leadership pathways.
