Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the Indian two-wheeler accessories sector. The ideal candidate must have strong network and connections within the two-wheeler industry, especially among OEMs and should be skilled in market analysis, relationship management, and business expansion. This is a high-impact role with a wide charter involving the creation of new product lines, defining go-to-market plans, and scaling new business verticals.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the two-wheeler OEM segment.
  • Leverage strong industry networks to generate leads and open new partnerships
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with OEM decision-makers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align business development with product offerings
  • Represent Mega Audio at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Prepare growth strategies, business proposals, and performance reports
  • Ownership and execution
  • Build the business vertical with clear KPIs and success metrics

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the two-wheeler automotive industry
  • Strong networking with OEMs, vendors, and suppliers in the automotive space
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, customer behaviour, and supply chain dynamics
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working in high ambiguity, fast paced environments
