Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Tracky, a brand by Drstore Healthcare Services India Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships within the healthcare sector. Your expertise in health & wellness, diabetes management, or condition management will be instrumental in acquiring new clients and closing large-scale deals. Your strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and proven sales track record will be key to exceeding targets and delivering value to our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and unit targets through new business acquisition and account expansion. - Identify, develop, and convert leads into long-term partnerships with corporate, hospitals, insurers, and other healthcare stakeholders. - Manage relationships with key decision-makers, CXOs, and stakeholders in the healthcare and wellness ecosystem. - Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals showcasing value proposition and ROI for clients. - Lead end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, solutions, negotiations, and deal closures. - Drive large deal closures with strategic accounts and institutional partners. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, clinical) to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions. - Continuously analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategy. - Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences to enhance visibility and networking. **Key Requirements:** - Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred). - 8-10 years of proven experience with 4-5 years in healthcare business development, with strong exposure to diabetes management, digital health, or condition management solutions. - Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets consistently. - Demonstrated success in closing large deals and managing enterprise-level accounts. - Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. - Strong presentation and proposal development skills with the ability to simplify complex healthcare solutions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high level of ownership.
