Job Description We are looking for seasoned Bangalore based Business Development Manager with Recruitment & Staffing background experience (mandatory) having expertise in any IT / Non-IT Permanent Hiring / Contract Staffing, and Leadership Hiring. Candidates must have business development experience in Staffing Industry . Should be passionate about winning new clients and account management for the above-said functions. This is a Senior position in the company and will be the key to the success of the business along with P/L. Will own end-to-end value chain of the Business right from acquiring new clients, account management, fulfilment of talent demand, and responsible for P/L. Roles and Responsibilities Generating leads based on business exigencies for increasing business and building a clientele database. Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads. Identify, negotiate & manage strategic relationships with potential and prospective Clients, derived out of the leads PAN INDIA. Working closely with management in developing strategies to engage potential clients for existing and new client acquisition for Permanent Hiring/Contract Staffing, and Leadership Hiring. Excellent business presentation skills, proposal writing skills, and showcasing the company's capabilities, benefits, and value proposition in all interactions and working effectively to deliver these key messages to the marketplace. Analyze the client's requirements, discuss, and guide the respective recruitment team in terms of profile explanation, sourcing techniques, poaching techniques, Mapping techniques, head hunting strategies, etc. Hands-on and responsible for the delivery of the talent needed along with the recruitment team by taking the onus of closing the positions, and meeting delivery and revenue targets. Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to the client as and when required. Exercise discretion and independent judgment by developing, engaging, and maintaining a short and long-term forecast and an action plan to achieve them. Stay current on industry trends and coordinate with the management team to participate in networking events and forums for knowledge acquisition and business development. Skills and Experience Required At least 8+ yrs of work experience in Business Development experience in Recruitment & Staffing having expertise in IT / Non-IT Permanent Hiring with excellent contacts with top companies, and direct clients & should be able to get immediate business. Should have the ability to quote and decide commercials. Confident and self-starter with experience in recruitment, and staffing services and work under pressure with zeal towards closing any kind of new accounts in no time. Complete knowledge of IT / Non-IT companies in Bangalore / India and preferably familiarity with Bangalore, geographically. Achieve agreed business development targets and KPIs Preferably who has worked as a recruiter in the past.
