Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead Olivo’s growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships and expand our presence across new markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ERP/software sales, business strategy, and channel partner development and can work closely with the Sales Head and leadership team to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners (sales partners) to expand market reach.

* Develop strategies to promote our software products and ERP solutions across industries.

* Create and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals.

* Identify, qualify, and close enterprise-level sales opportunities.

* *Support the Sales Head* in preparing business proposals, presentations, and contracts.

* Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and forecast sales performance.

* Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.

* Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in software / ERP sales, business development, or IT consulting.

* Proven experience in channel partner management and enterprise sales.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

* Strategic thinker with a result-oriented approach.

* Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing methods is an added advantage.
