Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of OCS solutions that enhance our core value proposition in line with sector/ industry customer needs.
  • Drives the individual sales target achievement in line with Company targets and plan with senior team members how these will be achieved and exceeded.
  • To ensure all relevant documentation as per SOP (viz. Go No Go forms, Pre-sales risk assessment form, Site survey reports, Contractual agreement with client etc) is adhered to at all times.
  • To be accountable for timely invoice submission & collection for newly acquired clients for at least first 3 months.
  • Develop a Sales Plan/Customer calling plan for the assigned geography/area or sector.
  • Develop a robust individual sales pipeline with full visibility in Salesforce.
  • Ensure all leads, stages and sales activities are updated & maintained in Salesforce.
  • Drive assigned RFPs in conjunction with sales operations ; supply chain ; contracts & finance teams.
  • Collaborate with sales operations, supply chain, contracts & finance to develop detailed commercial proposals using the costing tools and templates provided.
  • Capture & act on customer feedback through surveys/assessments/audits in conjunction with operations.
  • Implement technology partnerships in conjunction with operations and technology teams to commercialize new opportunities.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and identify X-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers.
  • Provide implementation and operational support for new Key Accounts or new services.
  • Acquire business intelligence on market, players, operations, & services to support marketing, sales; technology, & operations; in terms of design/development of new service offerings .
  • Act as emergency / escalation contact window for key new customers.
  • Drive and uphold the company Health & Safety policy

  • Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 6+ years' of industry-related business development experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
    • Focused and goal-oriented
