We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of Staffing , EOR (Employer of Record) , PEO (Professional Employer Organization) , and Self-Employment services across the EU, Europe, and APAC regions. This role will be driving new business acquisition, fostering client relationships, and developing strategies for the business functions in these key regions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global HR services, staffing, compliance, and workforce management solutions, along with a strong consultative approach to business development. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities for staffing, EOR, and PEO services. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at C-level and senior management in organizations looking to expand their workforce and operations globally. EOR & PEO Solutions: Develop tailored EOR and PEO solutions for clients in the EU, Europe, and APAC regions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and employment standards. Offer strategic advice on managing a remote or globally distributed workforce. Self-Employment & Workforce Solutions: Consult with clients on self-employment models for their global workforce, helping them set up frameworks for independent contractors, freelancers, and consultants in compliance with regional regulations. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continuous business growth. Offer continuous support and strategic guidance on the management of staffing, payroll, and self-employment models. Market Research & Development: Identify new business opportunities in emerging markets and adapt service offerings to meet the unique needs of clients in different countries. Drive market entry strategies for EOR, PEO, and staffing solutions. RFP & Proposal Management: Coordinate the response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for multi-country staffing, EOR, PEO, payroll, and self-employment services. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive, customized proposals to clients across multiple regions, meeting customer expectations on timeline and cost. Event Management & Networking: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with key stakeholders in chambers of commerce, legal firms, tax consultants, and global advisors to expand business relationships and secure new leads. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of business development experience in Staffing, EOR, PEO , or Self-Employment services (preferably across EU, Europe, and APAC regions). Expertise in global HR services , payroll management , workforce compliance , and cross-border employee/contractor management . Proven success in developing and executing global expansion strategies , particularly related to workforce solutions and compliance. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives , HR leaders , and key stakeholders. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients and internal teams. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred). Relevant certifications in Tax, Corporate Law, and Project Management are a plus.
