As a Senior Business Development Manager with a Luxury brand based in Udaipur, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in the luxury furniture, furnishings, interiors, and home dcor segments in Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing enterprise business operations effectively. - Building and nurturing relationships with key industry professionals such as architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders. - Identifying and engaging new prospects to introduce products and services. - Exploring and capitalizing on business opportunities to expand market reach. - Developing and implementing strategies to convert leads using catalogs, offers, and promotional tools. - Driving client outreach initiatives and converting leads into long-term customers. - Creating tailored presentations and proposals based on client needs. - Building and leading a high-performing business development team. - Mentoring, guiding, and supporting team members to achieve business targets. - Conducting market research to track industry trends and uncover opportunities. - Developing strategic plans for growth and increased market penetration. - Ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams. - Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver seamless client experiences. - Being willing to travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new opportunities.
