Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, negotiation, and relationship building with clients. Should have knowledge about Surface finishing solutions, Powder coating machinery, and Shot Blasting Units, Identify potential customers' needs and provide solutions using company products/services. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing) to develop strategies for client acquisition. Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and present product demos/solutions. Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the engineering & construction industry. Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Electrical). Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and acquiring new clients.
