Job Description

1. Market & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Pharma, Healthcare institutions, Horoeka chains, and Animal Husbandry segments.
  • Develop and execute business development plans, forecasts and territory strategies aligned with national objectives.
  • Build and expand distribution channel networks and institutional client base across key states in the North Zone.

2. Strategic Partnerships & Account Development

  • Cultivate relationships with key institutional accounts (hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, large Horoeka chains, animal-health integrators).
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations, contract conversations, and win large deals that drive growth.
  • Engage with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), hospital management, pharma heads and government stakeholders to establish thought leadership and strategic partnerships.

3. Consultative & Technical Selling

  • Use a consultative, technically oriented approach to selling: understand customer needs, support product demos/application training, provide solutions (not just products).
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or technical customer requirements—coordinate with R&D or product teams to deliver solutions.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategy, pricing dynamics, and regulatory environment in the hygiene/disinfectant space.
  • Prepare and present territory/business reviews, pipeline status, forecasts, actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive CRM usage and ensure reporting/compliance within your territory.

5. Team Collaboration & Capability Building

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure strong go-to-market alignment.
  • Provide input on product positioning, training, and market readiness.
  • Although primarily a business development role, you may mentor or guide territory sales teams or channel partners to elevate performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,050,000.00 per year
