As a Senior Business Development Manager at Ginesys, you will have the opportunity to expand the clientele and drive sustainable financial growth through effective sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Expanding outreach to enterprise clients in retail, distribution, ecommerce, and allied segments - Meeting (on-site), presenting, and proposing the Ginesys One suite of software solutions to the enterprise clients - Validating requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and documenting RFIs - Negotiating sales, clarifying SaaS Agreement terms, and maintaining a hygienic CRM - Briefing post-sales activities and coordinating with the Project Implementation team - Managing post-sales accounts for enterprise clients for a period of one year - Upgrading knowledge consistently and demonstrating market leadership through various activities - Acquiring the best-fit clientele across the North India region - Sharing market insights with regional, national business teams, and the marketing team - Working towards setting new standards of business excellence and thinking beyond targets Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of relevant work experience - Experience in ERP Sales - Good communication skills - Presentable personality Desirable Qualifications: - Sales experience in Retail Software Ginesys is committed to providing a conducive working environment, the latest technology, and continuous support to its employees.
