Role Description

The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Responsibilities include managing new business development activities, identifying and generating leads, implementing strategies to drive business growth, and engaging with clients to build and maintain strong professional relationships. The role also encompasses account management duties, client follow-ups, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication. The successful candidate will play a key role in the growth of the organization and its continued success in the real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong background in Business strategies and practices
• Effective Communication skills to build and sustain client relationships
• Experience in Account Management and client follow-ups
• Prior experience in real estate consulting or a related field is advantageous
• Proactive approach, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
