On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: Bidding on Upwork to secure new projects and clients for the company. Developing and maintaining client relationships through effective communication. Understanding client requirements and preparing proposals and presentations. Collaborating with the technical team to create accurate project estimates. Negotiating contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting client expectations. Keeping up to date with industry trends and market demands. Strategizing and implementing business development initiatives to expand the client base. Providing regular updates to the management on project acquisition and client interactions.
