Job Description

Role Overview:

The Senior Business Development Executive International Marketing will be responsible for driving export sales, identifying and developing new business opportunities in global markets, and strengthening relationships with international customers and channel partners. The role demands an in-depth understanding of export marketing, customer management, and the global dyes and pigments industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve international sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify new markets, potential customers, and business opportunities across regions such as Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, and order confirmation to payment collection.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Documentation, Accounts, and Quality Control) for smooth order execution and timely shipments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies; provide regular updates and insights to management.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits to promote Vipul Organics’ product range.
  • Prepare periodic MIS reports, sales projections, and performance reviews for management.
  • Ensure all export transactions comply with company policies and statutory requirements (export documentation, LC handling, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification:

    MBA / PGDM in International Business, Marketing, or Chemical Engineering background preferred.
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    4–7 years

    of experience in

    international marketing / export sales

    , preferably from the

    Dyes, Pigments, or Specialty Chemicals

    industry.
  • Sound understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, freight forwarding, and overseas client management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as per business requirements.
  • Self-driven, analytical, and result-oriented professional with a strong business sense.
