Senior Business Development Executive

Essential Job Functions

● Conduct market research and identify potential clients aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

● Perform email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects

● Focus on target markets in India, the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Muscat, KSA) and the US

● Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) to generate and qualify leads

● Track, manage, and follow up on opportunities using CRM and SalesOps tools

● Support the demand generation team with strategic BD initiatives

Requirements

● Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or sales in IT services.

● Familiarity with Time & Material staff augmentation and outsourcing models

● Strong communication skills and comfort in outbound, target-driven environments

● Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams

Key Result Areas

● Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for qualified client meetings
