Designation : Sr. Business Development Executive (B2B Digital Marketing) Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Shift and Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday. About the Role A Leading Digital Marketing agency is looking for a Sr. Business Development Executive from the digital marketing industry to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in B2B marketing , sales and digital marketing to build relationships, generate leads, and close deals. Key Responsibilities ● Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and industry events. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. ● Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs. ● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive leads and conversions. ● Track and report on sales metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. ● Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. ● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. ● Work closely with internal stakeholders to align business development efforts with company objectives. ● Driv e new business development and client acquisition in a target-driven environment. ● Proactively prospect, qualify, and acquire a client portfolio. ● Use a consultative selling approach to propose tailored digital marketing solutions. ● Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Continuously refine and optimize the sales process. ● Lead sales meetings, close deals, and ensure revenue goals are met. ● Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management. ● Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. ● Collaborate with operations teams to create an effective BU specific go-to-market strategy. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ● 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B marketing & sales within the digital marketing industry. Required Skills ● Strong understanding of AI & digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web/app development & maintenance. ● Ability to exceed sales targets in the digital marketing sector. ● Expertise in sales tactics, strategies, and ethical deal closure. ● Knowledge of AI & digital marketing domains such as web/app development, content, creatives, and analytics. ● Experience preparing high-level proposals and handling pre-sales discussions, budgeting, and negotiations. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Expertise in sales processes, pre-sales discussions, proposal writing, and negotiation. ● Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
