Designation : Sr. Business Development Executive (B2B Digital Marketing) Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Shift and Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday. About the Role A Leading Digital Marketing agency is looking for a Sr. Business Development Executive from the digital marketing industry to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth. In this role, youβll leverage your expertise in B2B marketing , sales and digital marketing to build relationships, generate leads, and close deals. Key Responsibilities β Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and industry events. β Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. β Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs. β Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. β Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive leads and conversions. β Track and report on sales metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. β Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. β Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. β Work closely with internal stakeholders to align business development efforts with company objectives. β Driv e new business development and client acquisition in a target-driven environment. β Proactively prospect, qualify, and acquire a client portfolio. β Use a consultative selling approach to propose tailored digital marketing solutions. β Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Continuously refine and optimize the sales process. β Lead sales meetings, close deals, and ensure revenue goals are met. β Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management. β Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. β Collaborate with operations teams to create an effective BU specific go-to-market strategy. Qualifications β Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B marketing & sales within the digital marketing industry. Required Skills β Strong understanding of AI & digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web/app development & maintenance. β Ability to exceed sales targets in the digital marketing sector. β Expertise in sales tactics, strategies, and ethical deal closure. β Knowledge of AI & digital marketing domains such as web/app development, content, creatives, and analytics. β Experience preparing high-level proposals and handling pre-sales discussions, budgeting, and negotiations. β Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. β Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β Expertise in sales processes, pre-sales discussions, proposal writing, and negotiation. β Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
